"Feedback regarding Monese"
I am very happy that I discovered Monese during my stay in London. It was very easy and fast to open a GBP bank account compared to traditional banks. The card arrived a few days earlier than expected.
I used the GBP account everyday to purchase groceries and also used it to pay the public services (tube and bus). Now in Germany, I also opened a EUR account and it also works fine.
I do not understand all the comments regarding the blocked accounts. I informed Monese always about expected higher incoming and outgoing transactions or top-ups via email and never had problems. Due to all the negative comments and Brexit, I also thought about a change to another bank sometimes, but now I fully trust Monese and I am very happy with their services. I also upgraded to a Premium account. I actually do not need it, but I want to support Monese especially now and hope that they will grow and will provide more and better services in the future. They responded in the in-app chat not later than approx. 12 hours to my messages and helped me also a lot. Thanks a lot for the assistance.
I just wish that they could improve the waiting times for email support.
